There are trees and then there are trees!

Usually when you and I think of trees, the ones in our specific area come to mind and, to us, those are what trees should look like. Yes, they are pretty but they are ‘just trees’ and do not seem to be especially remarkable because they are so familiar.

But, there are also some reallllly unusual trees in the world, the likes of which most of us have never before seen or imagined.

A recent article on the web tells about and shows pictures of of some of those realllly unusual trees. They range from really weird looking to reallllllly reallllly old.

But remember, these trees are in a secular article, so, when dates such as 60,000 years are given, the author is wearing his ‘evolutionary old earth world view glasses’. There is no way to ‘prove’ the 60,000 year old dates. They are ‘assumed’, as is usual, when ‘pronouncements are made while wearing ‘old worldview’ glasses.

But some of the old dates, such as for the Bristlecone Pine, the Prometheus, and the Methuselah trees are right in line with trees which began to grow right after the flood. And they can be ‘dated’ because you can count the rings.

Anyway, with that caveat about the ‘ages’ of these trees, surely you would like to see some of these realllllly interesting trees, so HERE’S THE LINK
