Some critics say this is a contradiction -- that God can not repent.

Psalm 100

"Make a Joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.

Serve the LORD with gladness:

Come before His presence with singing.

Know ye that the LORD He is God:

It is He that made us, and not we ourselves;

we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.

Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,

and into His courts with Praise:

Be thankful unto Him, and bless His name.

For the LORD is good;

His mercy is everlasting;

and His truth endureth to all generations."

Did an Asteroid Impact kill the dinosaurs

The supposed 'fact' that an Asteroid hit the earth millions and millions of years ago and killed all the dinosaurs is taught daily in Public and most Private Schools.

But is this true?  Did this really happen.

And how does anyone know how many millions or billions of years ago various things happened when no one was there recording the history for us?

Today's link has some interesting information for us to consider as we ponder these things.

But one word of warning (ok more than one word ) -- when you click on the link below, you might think you have come to a blank page -- but you really haven't -- it is just that for some reason the introcuctory picture might not come up -- so just scroll down a tad and you will find the article.

And now with that by way of introduction --

Best Way to store an extension cord

Recently while visiting a friend's house

Wondering how to do this I found this link.

Check it out.  It is unusual and interesting.

Whether it is the 'best way' is probably arguable but it is interesting.

Fannie Crosby

Fannie Crosby was a famous Hymn Writer.

In fact she wrote so many that she often used a pseudonym for her name so the hymnal wouldn't be 'wall to wall' hymns by her.

You have probably noticed that we often use Hymns by Fannie Crosby during our Sunday Hymn Music selections (as we will tomorrow, for example).

The picture here shows her wearing dark glasses.  Why?

Because she was blind from shortly after birth.

To read a short summary about her remarkable life

Squid, Octopus Genomes alter themselves, blocking evolution

Yesterday we saw a video telling about very intelligent animals

and one of those animals was an Octopus

and wow is the octopus smart.

But, today's link will point out a serious problem with evolution

as it relates to the Octopus and some other animals

which are able to change their DNA.

Why is this important? you ask.

Well the type of alterations they make --

make it impossible for them to have been a result of evolution.

Hmmmm. Very interesting.

Want to know more? I though you did

Top 10 Intelligent Animals

This video is really interesting.

Why?  you ask

Well it shows some of the intelligent things that animals do.

Just ignore the long ages comment about ants.

How does anyone know that they existed thousands or millions of years before humans?

That totally contradicts the Bible.

And if they were around before humans,
then who told us that 'little factoid'?

So avoid such old earth comments

but other than that, and a few other old earth comments,

this is a really interesting and educational short video

and you will definitely enjoy seeing what these smart animals can do.

Looks like a Creator endowed them with a lot of wonderful abilities.

Why Did Christ Die?

"For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received,

how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

And that He was buried,

and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures”

                        1 Corinthians 15:3,4

This question seems pretty straightforward

for those of you who understand the teaching of the Bible.

And you are likely thinking "Christ died for our sins …."

And that is true

but there is more.

Today's link will explain and it is a 'must read'

So with that by way of introduction

They do see some colors.

But which colors? you ask.

Well, along with a lot of amazing facts

(although the narrator pronounces some words in a somewhat unusual way)

so you might chuckle of some of his words,

you will surely find this a very informative video.

So with that by way of introduction
