In other words, the Bible is not the only place where a world wide flood is mentioned.
But, often when folks state that there are other flood legends, that is usually all they say.
They just state the fact that there are many such legends but do not give any details about what those legends are, where they can be found, how they compare with the Biblical account and etc.
Well, good news.
Today's DIT will give you some of that long wanted information.

It does not include all of the flood legends, there are too many to tell them all. In fact books have been written in an attempt to relate all the legends.
So, this article isn't exhaustive, but it does cover several of the most famous ones and even provides some links for additional study and information.
Bottom line: you will probably want to print this information out and share it with your SS Class, Bible Study group, neighbors, family, friends, or even total strangers.
