“Does God really exist? How can we know? If God made everything, who made God?”These questions have surely been asked by everyone at one point or another in their life. And the answers to these questions are not only needed and important but will also have a bearing on where we spend eternity. So they are not just questions for intellectual debates. They are really questions that impact our destiny.
Some folks have written complicated and technical answers and I will post a link to one or more of those more technical responses on future postings.
But, today, let’s start with an easy non-technical explanation.
Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis wrote a very interesting and easy to read article about these questions. It was first published in Creation Ex Nihilo, 20(3):32-34, June-August 1998. Recently it was republished on the Christian Answers website. I think you will find it not only personally useful, but, if you teach a SS class, a small group Bible study, or do counseling, you will likely find this article very helpful and might want to use it with your group .
