Hubble Extreme Deep Field
Hubble?
Extreme Deep field?
What does all this mean?
Well, you probably are familiar with the Hubble Telescope (pictured here).
It is a NASA telescope located in space since 1990
and the pictures it has made over the years have been astounding and amazing.
Back in 2003 and 2004 it was given a new task.
What was that task?
Well, the Hubble telescope was pointed to a small area in the sky where there seemed to be absolutely nothing
and was made to keep pointing at the 'nothing' (a dark area in the sky) for several days.
At the end of this time, to everyone's amazement, there were literally thousands of galaxies in the 'extreme deep field'.
The Hubble had revealed what is in the (so far) "farthest ever view of the Universe".
WOW -- God's creation is even more amazing than previously imagined !!!
