Baked eggs?
Yes!
And, as you noticed we at DIT were not enamored with the concept.
But, we posted it anyway since it had been touted to us as a wonderful and tasty method of cooking eggs.
For others of you who might also have been un-enthused (is there such a word?) about the concept, today we are posting a "how to" link for making Hard Boiled eggs the 'normal' old-fashioned way.
As you know, there are many methods for boiling eggs.
The one we are posted today is EASY, short, and yummy.
And yes, we did try this here at DIT and it worked perfectly.
