Why do we ask this?
Well, it seems a bunch of pictures have been posted on the net.
They show construction workers building skyscrapers.
You will notice there are no visible ropes or other protective devices. They don't have hard hats! They are just 'out there' working. Obviously this is 'pre-OSHA' era.
Wow.
These pictures are scary.
