Arctic Reindeer can see Ultraviolet light?

Hmmmm.

Who would have thought.

Tests have shown that reindeer that live in the Arctic regions can actually see the UV (Ultraviolet) wavelengths of light.

Apparently this helps them to find food and notice and or escape enemies in low light situations.

Sounds to me like a wonderful survival mechanism provided by the Creator.

However, those with the evolutionary glasses would say this 'just happened.'

Sigh.

By the way, I wonder if those 'evolutionary glasses' folks can also see UV wavelengths with those glasses.  I doubt it.

Anyway, to read more about this amazing ability of Arctic reindeer and possibly of other arctic animals also, HERE'S THE LINK
