The Great Wall of China

Well, it seems the world is still on lockdown and still can't get out except to go to grocery store or other similar things

so let's take another armchair vacation.

Today let's check out the Great Wall of China.

For those of you who have been there in person, this will bring back many memories.

For those who haven't been, this will be a treat!

And be sure to notice how many steps there are -- it is not all smooth -- there are a zillion steps

so it is a good thing that this is a vicarious trip because after all these weeks of lockdown, we are probably too weak to do all that climbing.
