The Rosy Maple Moth

Wow, this is not only a colorful moth --

But its coloration  serves several purposes.

A friend of DIT found this and sent it to us.  It is such an interesting moth that we thought you would like to know about it also.

This picture of the Rosy Maple Moth was taken by Rhododentrites  and was on Wikipedia.

But, the picture in the article to which we will be linking is really better and more colorful.

The article summarizes some of the functions of the unusual color of this moth.

But the question for you to consider, which, of course, is not mentioned in the article, is --

How and why did the Rosy Maple moth get this coloration?  Did it happen by evolutionary chance?  Or was it designed that way by the Creator God?

And now, with that by way of introduction
