More about the Higgs Boson -- it raises questions

Recently we were discussing the topic of the Higgs Boson with a reader of DIT who said she was enjoying reading about this and other Science related topics.

So, since some folks are 'into' this, 

Today let's revisit the Higgs Boson 

and specifically consider the fact that questions arise from its discovery, assuming it has been or is discovered, -- questions that produce a conundrum for atheists.
