The Global flood explains the Ice Age

Many, if not most, secular scientists (those who believe the theory of evolution) tell us that there were 5 or more ice ages that occurred over millions of years --

Whereas most of the Scientists who adhere to the young earth concept of creation believe that there was only one ice age -- which occurred shortly after Noah's flood.

So who is correct?  And which theory has the most confirmatory evidence?
